“For where there are two or three gathered into my name, there am I in their midst.” – Matthew 18:20
“And they continued steadfastly in the teaching and the fellowship of the apostles, in the breaking of bread and the prayers.” – Acts 2:42
We warmly welcome visitors to join us for any of our gatherings. Please contact us for meeting locations.
Lord’s Table Meeting, Sundays 10:00 a.m.
And He took a loaf and gave thanks, and He broke it and gave it to them, saying, “This is My body which is being given for you; do this in remembrance of Me.”
And similarly the cup after they had dined, saying, “This cup is the new covenant established in My blood, which is being poured out for you.” – Luke 22:19-20
The Lord Jesus instituted this meeting Himself with His disciples about 2,000 years ago. During this meeting we partake of the bread and the wine in remembrance of the Lord and to fellowship with Christ and His believers. The bread of the Lord’s table is a symbol signifying the Lord’s body, which was broken for us on the cross to release His life that we may participate in it. The Lord’s blood redeemed us from our fallen condition back to God and back to God’s full blessing.
Prophesying Meeting, Sundays 11:00 a.m.
Pursue love, and desire earnestly spiritual gifts, but especially that you may prophesy.
But he who prophesies speaks building up and encouragement and consolation to men.
… he who prophesies builds up the church. – 1 Corinthians 14:1, 3, 4b
The Bible reveals that prophesying is primarily to speak for the Lord and speak forth the Lord, that is, to minister Christ into people. The prophesying meeting is a time for mutual ministering of the truth we have been constituted with, and the subjective experiences of Christ that we have had. When we minister Christ into others through our speaking, people are encouraged and consoled, and the church is built up with the divine life.
Prayer Meeting, Wednesdays 7:30 p.m.
By means of all prayer and petition, praying at every time in spirit and watching unto this in all perseverance and petition concerning all the saints, – Ephesians 6:18
The prayer meeting of the church is one of the most important meetings a believer can participate in. The church is a corporate warrior fighting a spiritual warfare (Eph. 6:12) under the Lord’s authority. Through the church’s prayer, the Father’s name is sanctified, the Son’s kingdom comes, and the Spirit’s will is accomplished on the earth (Matt 6:9-10). As the church we come together to pray every Wednesday.
Home Meetings, Various Days
And day by day, continuing steadfastly with one accord in the temple and breaking bread from house to house, they partook of their food with exultation and simplicity of heart, – Acts 2:46
The Christian life is a day by day, house to house life. We enjoy gathering together in the homes of believers to enjoy a meal, singing, fellowship, and prayer. We have found that pursuing Christ “with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart” (2 Tim 2:22) is the most enjoyable, sanctifying, and edifying way.
